Ca’s Cuscanti is the manor house that gives its name to the host’s family.
Located in Bonany street, Ca’s Cuscanti, is a splendid 3-storey building that has been completely refurbished to offer its guests all the comfort and tranquility they are looking for during their vacations.
The house was built in the 19th century and the renovation has respected the most traditional elements of Mallorcan architecture of that period, such as high ceilings, exposed wooden beams, stone elements and large windows. The most classic materials of the Majorcan constructions, iron, stone and wood, are combined in the house in a magnificent way with style, diaphanous and Mediterranean, turning Ca’s Cuscanti into the ideal establishment to spend your vacations.

The establishment has a surface area of 370 m2 renovated to adapt it to Inland Tourism and offer its guests great comfort. It has 4 rooms for rent, each with en suite bathroom, Smart TV, satellite channels, safe, refrigerator, music player. All of them with exterior views, two of them with terrace.
The linen has been made by the most prestigious workshops of Sóller such as Harmonía, Mora or Daniel Steel, highlighting their personal stamp in their rooms.
Ca's Cuscanti always acts in a sustainable way and respecting the environment to the maximum. For this reason, the bathrooms have completely ecological and biodegradable hygiene products and all the (necessary) complements for our guests to have a pleasant stay.
Sóller

The establishment is located in the heart of the historic center of Sóller, right next to the main square, which makes it a unique enclave that allows guests to stroll through the center of Sóller without having to travel by car, in the same way it is possible to move to the capital of the island, Palma, using the train or the regular bus line, as both stations are located a few minutes from the house.
Whether you take the train, after a beautiful journey of one hour, or if you choose the bus trip (40') you will arrive at Plaza España, the nerve center of the capital, both commercial and financial.
In the same way Ca's Cuscanti is very well connected with the port of Sóller by means of the tram that passes a few meters from the house. There you can enjoy a quiet stroll along the harbor or swim in its beaches so characteristic of the Sierra de Tramuntana.
